We went to Langkawi last Friday, return to KL on Sunday evening.
Flight was delayed frm 5:45 to 6:20, but I am not complaining on that though...
pretty much we can understand small matter and a little bit of delay...

The packaging of the items mmg dah bagus... padded here and there... so mmg patutnya kuat and kalau u tak HEMPAS kotak "FRAGILE" tuh.... tentu takkan HANCUR mcm nie... dah mmg takde rupa periuk dahhhh... rupa berderai hancurr...
Bukan tak pack, tak buh tape FRAGILE.... SO MUCH OF FRAGILE kannnn??
rasa nak je hempuk satu periuk tuh atas kepala saper yg buat nie to tell them how strong periuk nie...
don't give me stupid justification that... sometimes as the aircraft goes lower, pressure bleh pecah kan barang..
hallooooo.... periuk nie bleh masuk oven, bleh masuk microwave, bleh terus ke atas dapur dari freezer... tolong jgn bg I alasan tak masuk akal tuh yerrr!! haiiishhhh...
I've logged a complaint to Air Asia... kita tgklah nanti jawapan camana...
kalau takder jawapan... MMG HAMPEH la kan.. kalau ada jawapan no worries, I akan surely update if they did a good job..
after all, semua org akan buat salah.. but how we handle masalah tuh or how kita rectify masalah tuh is another story kannnn...?
